Lounge / Garden Room

The stunning garden sitting room has open views over the surrounding countryside and coast, to the open sea beyond. There are French doors leading out to a patio area with uninterrupted views over the fields to the sea where you will be able to sit and watch all manner of native wildlife and birds. If you are lucky enough, you may also see dolphins leaping and playing in the sea.

Kitchen

The well thought-out and fully equipped kitchen has a spacious layout and cooks will love the top of the range appliances.

There is also good access to the spacious family room / dining room.

• Fridge-freezer

• Dishwasher

Utility room appliances include:

• Washing machine

• Iron and ironing board

Dining Room / Family Room

This room has a large dining table which will seat 8. Additionally, there is:

• Luxuriously upholstered sofa and chairs

• Flat screen TV with DVD player with connections for games consoles

• Wi-Fi and Network connections (BT Business Hub)

• Variety of DVD films and games for family time

Bedrooms

There are 4 bright, spacious bedrooms:

• Bedrooms 1 & 2 upstairs

  • Bedroom 1 features two single beds, access to the internal balcony and a walk in wardrobe.

  • Bedroom 2 has an en-suite shower and toilet, towel storage and television. It also features a walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging/shelf/storage space.

 

• Bedrooms 3 & 4 are downstairs

  • Bedroom 3 features a double bed with bedside units, wardrobe and easy access to adjacent shower and toilet.

  • Bedroom 4 has two single beds with an ensuite toilet and bath.
