Rental Prices

The house is available for renting throughout the year.

Pricing is now £180 per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights required throughout the year.

* Excluding Christmas, New Year & Easter weeks, which are considered High Season.

Booking Now

To confirm your holiday dates, a booking deposit of 20% will be required.

A good-housekeeping deposit of £200 is required and will be payable with the balance, which is due a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

On completion of your holiday, and following inspection and cleaning of the property, the good-housekeeping deposit will be refunded to your card, minus any deductions for any discovered damage or loss.

Special Event Bookings

The following additional packages can be supplied on request. Prices, based on your requirements, will be advised before booking and a separate invoice for this will be issued, with payment due at time of confirmation of your accommodation.

Christmas Package

We will install a decorated Christmas tree, and supply Christmas table linen. Fresh turkey/ham can be ordered and supplied from local butchers and seasonal veg is available from our farm. We have a local Wine Merchant who can advise on and supply suitable wines.

New Year Package

Fresh, traditional Scottish Hogmanay steak pie can be ordered from local butchers and seasonal veg is available from our farm. We have a local Wine Merchant who can advise on and supply suitable wines and why not sample some of the many various Scottish whiskies to welcome in the New Year. We can even help book you a Piper if you wish to welcome in the New Year with the sound of bagpipes.

Anniversaries / Birthdays

If you will be celebrating a special birthday or anniversary during your holiday, we can help you make celebration arrangements. Whether making a restaurant booking, or having a special dinner at Lilybank, we can help with organising that special celebration.
